Bedrooms     

3 bedrooms - 1 queen bed in master bedroom.

Set of twin bunk beds in 2nd upstairs bedroom.

Double bed + single loft bed in main floor bedroom.

Single mattress also available. Sleeps 8.

2 bathrooms - 4 piece bathroom on main floor + 3 piece ensuite bathroom with claw foot tub.   

         

Kitchen     

Well equipped L-shaped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and water cooler.  

Living Room       

Original hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling, many original features still intact.             

Dining Room     

Open concept kitchen & dining area; harvest table seats 8.

Blankets, pillows and dish towels are provided and laundering is included.  Bed linens, bath and beach towels are not provided so you will need to bring your own.

Toilet paper, condiments & spices, dish detergent and garbage bags will also be supplied.

Cleaning service is not included.  Please leave the property as you found it.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a rural property surrounded by farms and all of the accompanying charms (cornfields, cows, log fences and old barns), sounds (cows, roosters, tractors), and fragrances (you know...)

The stairs in the 20 foot ceiling living room are open concept; a baby gate is provided but please use caution with toddlers, the elderly or those with limited mobility.
